@rogercarr Thank you! I’ve tried this but the issue I’m running into is- it asks for a transaction number etc. to troubleshoot a specific problem.
I’m getting an error message before a transaction number even appears.
So I’m not sure how to work around this to get the support message seen.

It has come to our attention that some users are experiencing issues connecting to DApps with MetaMask on Brave. For those who need to access their wallet on Brave, you can fix the issue by going to Settings > Brave Wallet, switch the toggle to OFF, and then restart the browser.
