Testing new creatives needs new budget. A small brand, bootstrapped cannot afford testing new creatives frequently. Have also experienced this first hand after burning cash in testing video ads creatives that never worked for us. So now we have created a new ad set with new audiences using the same static ads creative. Have been working well so far.

In the last 10 days I have seen creatives burn out in like ₹10-15000 spend. That is slightly mental. Just 3 months ago - a creative would have to spend ₹75k+ to enter fatigue territory. Delivery is broken. It's not possible for small businesses to keep pumping new creatives to compensate for this. It's very hard. Generally been a terrible month on Meta.

It is very difficult to build customers trust in India. To gain the trust,we have added WhatsApp chat option to our product pages. Hope this works.

Lately I’ve noticed something. Whenever I take my kids to the park, almost 90% of the kids are with their maids or nannies. Most of the nannies are busy on their phones, while the kids are running around looking for interaction, attention and love. I genuinely feel, no matter how busy life gets, kids need your time. They need your attention, your presence, your affection. And that truly comes from parents.

After going full prepaid with only partial COD, our ROAS dropped from 3-4x to about 2-2.8x. If we go back to COD the ROAS will go up, but that’s pointless with high RTO. I think we need to wait a few more days for the pixel to get trained on quality customers.

I wonder how AI creatives actually perform. I personally feel that AI is polishing the product image that might actually not resemble the real one. The buyer may expect something and might get something else. Leading to more returns.
