@zerodha @zerodhamarkets @Nithin0dha I received the below response from Zerodha support (from Sanket), and I have a simple question. I held some ABB shares in my secondary account, while I executed short-term trades (buy/sell) of ABB in my primary account. Should these trades impact the average price of holdings in my secondary account? As per my understanding, the FIFO method should be applied per demat account, not across accounts. If that is the case, why is support calculating the average price by combining transactions from both primary and secondary demat accounts? This seems inconsistent with what is stated in the documentation. Also, based on this experience, I would advise fellow retail investors to be cautious with the secondary account feature in Zerodha. In my experience, platforms like Groww and INDmoney have been more reliable.

Repeated issues with @zerodha (avg price calculation errors + secondary account issues). Multiple tickets raised, but delays of weeks are unacceptable when customer funds are involved. They are taking customers for granted. Request urgent intervention. @SEBI_India @NSEIndia @BSEIndia Attaching evidences for your reference.

Very disappointed with the kind of support I’m receiving from @zerodha. I raised a ticket 18 days ago regarding secondary account transfer discrepancies, and the issue is still unresolved. I was genuinely happy when I heard Zerodha launched the secondary account feature, I thought it would help me to separate my long-term investments. But unfortunately, now it feels like this feature is released before being fully production ready. I transferred stocks from my primary to secondary account on Feb 3rd 2026, and since then there have been discrepancies in buy averages. Because of this, I haven’t been able to see my correct P/L for the past 18 days, especially frustrating in such a volatile market. Support keeps asking me to “have patience” but how many days does it take to settle something like this? There’s no clear timeline, no proper explanation. Tagging @Nithin0dha - if this feature is stable, then where exactly is the issue? And if it’s not, why was it released to customers? I’m attaching screenshots for reference. I’m sure I’m not the only retail investor facing this. Would really appreciate if someone senior can take cognizance of this. #zerodha #CustomerSupport #RetailInvestors
