@arrivanortheast - The Durham to Hartlepool service is a joke after 4pm busses are either late or cancelled today was waiting at Leeze underpath stop 58 was due at 5.08 on the app it worked it out to be 19 mins late at 5.38 it turned up not going to Hartlepool

@arrivanortheast Also the morning services in Hartlepool there is now only 1 bus 24 at 6.40bthat can get to Durham for 8.30 please can you reintroduce the old 57A bus or extend the 58 as if the 24 doesn't turn up we don't have to wait for an hour in freezing trmpretures

@arrivanortheast - the Hartlepool busses are getting worse always late either not turning up like the 1st 24 on Monday to the 58 late everyday this week supposed to be 5.13 today it got to 6pm and it did not turn up jumped on the stagecoach 59 service instead
