پانی سے چولہا جلانے کا تصور سائنسی طور پر بالکل ممکن اور حقیقت پر مبنی ہے، لیکن یہاں یہ بات سمجھنا ضروری ہے کہ پانی خود نہیں جلتا بلکہ اسے جلنے والی گیس میں تبدیل کیا جاتا ہے۔اس پورے تصور کے پیچھے کام کرنے والی سائنس، طریقہ کار اور اس کی حقیقت 👇 الیکٹرولیسس (Electrolysis)
پانی کا کیمیائی فارمولا

ہے، یعنی یہ دو گیسوں ہائیڈروجن اور آکسیجن سے مل کر بنتا ہے۔چولہا جلانے کے لیے پانی کے اندر سے بجلی (DC Current) گزاری جاتی ہے۔اس برقی عمل کے نتیجے میں پانی کے مالیکیولز ٹوٹ جاتے ہیں۔ ہائیڈروجن گیس (جو انتہائی تیزی سے جلتی ہے) اور آکسیجن گیس (جو جلنے میں مدد دیتی ہے) الگ ہو جاتی ہیں۔اس گیس کے مرکب کو HHO گیس یا براؤن گیس (Brown's Gas) کہا جاتا ہے۔ جب اسے چولہے کے برنر تک پہنچا کر آگ دکھائی جاتی ہے تو یہ ایل پی جی (LPG) کی طرح تیز شعلے کے ساتھ جلتی ہے۔
