We're aware that a number of customers have not received the test alert.

@DellUK Don’t buy Dell for schools! We have 25 laptops that must be binned due to TPM module issue! Dell have said out-of-warranty even though we’ve had the same issue on 12 other laptops. Clearly a known issue as all Dell being affected. Go Lenovo!
