தொழில்துறை தொடர்பான அறிமுகக் கூட்டத்தை முடித்து பத்திரிகையாளர்களை சந்தித்து வெளியே வந்தபோது, கேள்வி-பதில்கள் முடிந்த தருணத்தில் இயல்பாக நான் சிரித்தேன். அது எந்தக் கேள்விக்கும் அல்லது சம்பவத்திற்கும் எதிரான பிரதிபலிப்பல்ல. ஆனால் அந்த உடல் மொழியை தவறாகப் புரிந்து கொண்டு, அரசியல் நோக்கில் திரித்து பரப்பப்படுவது வருத்தமளிக்கிறது. 10 வயது சிறுமிக்கு நிகழ்ந்த இந்த கொடுஞ்செயல் மிகுந்த வேதனை அளிக்கிறது. அந்த சம்பவத்தில், மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் ஜோசப் விஜய் அவர்கள் உடனடியாக துரித நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க உத்தரவிட்டார். அதன் பேரில் 5 தனிப்படைகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு, 250க்கும் மேற்பட்ட சிசிடிவி காட்சிகள் ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்டு, 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் குற்றவாளிகள் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். கைதான கார்த்தி மற்றும் மோகன்ராஜ் மீது போக்சோ சட்டத்தின் கீழ் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என அரசு உறுதியளித்துள்ளது. ஒரு குழந்தைக்கான நீதியும், பெண்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகளின் பாதுகாப்பும் தான் இந்த அரசின் முதல் முன்னுரிமை. இத்தகைய உணர்வுப்பூர்வமான சூழ்நிலையிலும் அடிப்படையற்ற விமர்சனங்கள், தனிப்பட்ட தாக்குதல்கள் மற்றும் தேவையற்ற ட்ரோலிங் நடைபெறுவது கவலைக்குரியது. எதிர்க்கட்சி ஆளும் கட்சியை விமர்சிப்பது ஜனநாயகத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக இருக்கலாம்; ஆனால் உண்மைகளை திரித்து, ஒருவரின் தனிப்பட்ட தருணங்களையே அரசியல் ஆயுதமாக மாற்றுவது சமூகத்திற்கு ஆரோக்கியமான அணுகுமுறை அல்ல. தமிழ்நாடு அரசு மக்கள் பாதுகாப்பிலும், நீதியிலும் எந்த சமரசமும் செய்யாது.

வில்லிவாக்கத்தில் காணாமல் போனதாக கூறப்பட்ட 12 வயது சிறுமி விஜயஸ்ரீ கிடைத்துவிட்டார். தனது அம்மாவுடன் சண்டை போட்டுக் கொண்டு கடலூரில் இருக்கும் உறவினர் வீட்டிற்கு சென்றிருந்த விஜயஸ்ரீ தற்போது மீண்டும் வில்லிவாக்கத்தில் உள்ள தனது வீட்டிற்கு வந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.

आदमी, आदमी में फर्क होता है और CM, CM में भी फर्क होता है. तमिलनाडु के Coimbatore में एक 10 साल की बच्ची गायब होती है..अगले दिन उसकी लाश बुरी हालत में मिलती है. कार्तिक और मोहनराज नाम के दो दरिंदे उसके साथ दरिंदगी करते हैँ. पुलिस के साथ साथ Cm विजय भी एक्शन लेते हैँ.. इस मुद्दे पर पुलिस को तुरंत एक्शन के लिए अलर्ट करते हैँ. पोस्ट करके परिवार को सांत्वना देते हैँ और भरोसा दिलाते हैँ कि बच्ची को न्याय मिलेगा. सवाल ये है कि क्या किसी बच्ची या महिला के लिए बीजेपी के किसी CM को पोस्ट करते देखा है??? ना हाथरस, ना उन्नाव, ना महाराष्ट्र कोल्हापुर में ना बीजेपी अन्य शासित राज्य के Cm ने ऐसे हौसला दिया हो ऐसे केस में किसी को??? अपराध हर राज्य में होते हैँ, पर CM डायरेक्ट एक्शन लेते इन्वॉल्व होते पहली बार देखा..
