Bungie has confirmed that Master Rahool will accept Etheric Spirals (Tangled Shore material) on his Material Exchange (for Glimmer) until Season 17. Rahool will also be able to decrypt Umbral Engrams next season.

Destiny 2 UI Concept. New icon system displays loadout selection for each activity. Activity profiles save weapon choices, mods, shaders etc. No more having to rebuild your whole character every time you change activity.
