I'm disappointed with the declining quality of Terea Amber. The taste is stale and unpleasant, with a burning sensation in the throat. Please investigate and rectify these issues promptly. As a loyal customer, I expect better from IQOS.

@iqos_support_ae I think I've been duped. Ordered my device and terea pack on 6 April and till today they are talking about technical problems with delivery. Came to their twitter account and found that I'm not alone! Everybody complaining about the same problem! #iqos

@iqos_support_ae is worst customer service ever, your shop in Dubai mall has a very bad customer service as well if what the he said is right then you need to look into your customer service properly and enhance it. Plus add to that your devices are zero reliable
