I can confirm this as someone who eats fine dining a lot, in 2021 you won’t get in without a reservation for most.
I’ve not made a reservation in the past 1 year, restaurants are no longer filled.
I’m not sure if investing your 40M in Nigeria is still a better decision.

If you walked into any of the upscale restaurants in VI without making a reservation 4 years back, they’d send you back. Walked into one recently without making a reservation and like 4 people welcomed me like I was going to run back out. Elections have consequences.
