Offers funds for citizens belonging to mining affected areas. 2-Tier Mechanism for Effective Administration of DMF (Trust) •Managing Committee headed by District Collector for Project Approval •Governing Council headed by District Collector for sanctioning of Project •Project Management Unit (PMU) Helps DMF in planning, supervising, and monitoring works undertaken by the District Mineral Foundation (Trust) in each district. Each mining district has one District Mineral Foundation Trust.
