For Our Day
@itsforourday
The Book of Mormon was written for our day.

As a non-Christian, and therefore an outsider looking in, I'm mystified by this debate that pops up from time to time about whether Mormons are Christians. They recognize the divinity of Jesus Christ. What other qualification could there be? Well, far be it from me to tell Christians who's a Christian. I'm just puzzled.

My fellow Saints…let’s just let our fruits speak for themselves. The criticism stems from fascination or jealousy. And we’ve been promised by a prophet of God that we will see Jesus Christ perform some of His mightiest works between now and the Second Coming. So let’s share His word and watch His hand….this will work out 🤍

Mormons have faith in Jesus Christ. Mormons are baptized. Mormons keep the commandments and live the beatitudes. Mormons care for the poor and needy. Mormons read the Bible. Mormons aren’t Christian’s?

If only we, as Latter-day Saints, belonged to a church that had “Jesus Christ” in its name and His image in its logo … Oh wait

Mormons are strong family oriented people. Mormons are generous people. Mormons are often nice and loving people. Mormons, however, are not Christians.

If Mormons are Christian, why do they try to convert me?
