Sickle Cell Reach out at Nalufenya children's hospital in jinja. Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) is a major public health challenge in Uganda, the cost of Hydroxyurea, a key medication for sickle cell disease, generally ranges from UGX 1,000 to UGX 3,000 per tablet (250mg–500mg).
