For SG, as long as they’re able to scan the tickets and validate them no ID/name matching is required at any stage. I still keep my ID handy cuz they ask to verify my age sometimes 😭 though they didn’t ask for HOTS but for D day live viewing, they did ask. No physical tics required either

@kookiegirlxo I see! Also saw from your post that ID verification wasn’t really required as you enter the venue :) If ever my friend secured a ticket for me using their account, would they need to be with me during the concert for verification? So sorry we never tried Ticketmaster before 😭
