For 3 months, I’ve worked 4 shifts per week. 12 hour shifts. In a very busy pediatric ER. I have 5 weeks to go before this contract is done. I’ve hit a wall. I’m physically, emotionally, & mentally exhausted. Somehow I made it through this shift without crying. Please clap. 😌
