He’s right bc we tax income, not wealth. Bezos takes out a tiny salary, pays the income tax, and lives off loans borrowed against his stocks, basically tax free. They all do this and now 935 billionaires hold more wealth than 170 million Americans. It’s time to tax wealth.

Cori Bush made history as the first Black woman to represent Missouri in Congress. She rose to prominence advocating for justice for Michael Brown’s family. The Democrats won in 2020 after co-opting the Black Lives Matter movement, only to later replace her with the prosecutor who refused to bring charges against the police officer who killed Michael Brown. Jamaal Bowman was replaced by a segregationist. They were subjected to racist attack ads and articles, and no one in the Democratic establishment condemned it. That was the last straw for me.

What happened to Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman opened my eyes to the true nature of the Democratic Party. It made me realize the Party sees Black people as loyal voters, not as people whose interests truly matter.
