You can’t fault Catherine Connolly for doing her job. What you can fault her for is pontificating from the opposition benches about housing and homelessness figures when she directly helped banks evict struggling families. The rank hypocrisy would put Bertie Ahern to shame.

Fully agree that there should be an International Defence Corridor for Aid into Gaza, urgently needed to prevent mass starvation. Of course, Ireland would not be able to participate without the approval of the United States under the rules of the Triple Lock.
