@Airbnb So far horrible customer service - Still waiting for a response for credit request for cancellation because my son has a health condition that prevents travel. Host is no help, either. I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years and am considering not using again

@AirbnbHelp Trying to get some type of partial credit for cancelling trip to California this weekend. My son has underlying condition and California has declared state of emergency. Almost 24 hours and no response. Host is not helpful, either.
