What I miss from coffee roasters is the info about what recipe they are targeting and ideally what machines they tested it with and tastes well. If they are testing on high end la marzocco only and we don't know if ideal taste requires a triple basket, it's not great.

@oleg008 @THEBARNBERLIN Usually I recommend bottled water for home use or as a good alternative third wave water to mix your own. It's the best you can do for you and your machine.

@oleg008 @THEBARNBERLIN Good point! That's why we test our roasts also with home equipment and even with bialetti ;) in general I recommend 18g in / 34 to 38g out in 30 to 35sec and a temperature of 93 to 96....

@evilhackerdude bei Filter zwei bis drei Wochen nach der Röstung, bei Espresso nicht viel anders, ein bisschen eher aber.
