@warcraftstats Dragonflight is the clear winner, but I am shocked to see War Within so low. It is way better than Midnight.

Of the last 4 WoW Expansions which has been the best?

@Portergauge In other words, which characters from Midnight would you cut to add in the Aspects?

@Portergauge If a MSQ has a fixed number of quests and you need to decide who it is about, do you pick the characters who just had a whole expansion about them, or do you let some others from your vast IP some time in the spotlight?

The complete absence of the Dragonflights so far in the Worldsoul Saga has really been so weird to me. I’m positive they’ll show up in TLT, but it’s baffling that the Aspects have sat out on two world ending threats *immediately* after regaining their powers.

@xin_xvi This is what happens when you remove Borrowed Power. This is what everyone asked for. Ending remaking the game every expac like WoD,Legion, BfA, and Shadowlands did.

Midnight feels like a The War Within patch, and The War Within felt like a Dragonflight patch.

@KalebPrime Many people, myself included, think TBC Blood Elves were the most interesting and compelling version of the race & culture. The writers at Blizzard have decided that TBC-era Blood Elves are over. They take great effort to push them back to pre-WC3 High Elves.

The worn but still visibly majestic architecture of their kingdom, the not-so subtle Fel influence, the T2 set + sword (contrast with how alliance pallies usually wield maces in artwork esp). This iteration of Blood Elves no longer exists in the game or lore.

The response to #LordofHatred is truly overwhelming. I'm not sure people understand how much fan/player response means to the development team. After 30 years making games, this is by far the most positivity I have seen over a release. We can't thank you enough for playing!

As much as I bitch and complain, all I've done this weekend is play Blizzard games. Bit of Diablo 4 endgame, more L'ura attempts, even threw in a HoTS match.

seeing warcraft armor and mounts translated so well in diablo really hammers home for me how hard the art direction for wow got sanitized over the years

I'm just not seeing the silver-lining here. Like, either A) He gets corrupted and dies or B) We beat the sense into him and he renounces his ideals upon recognizing the error of his ways and chooses family over his beliefs. It's inevitably a lose-lose situation.

@arcanistsaphras Dragonflight timewalking is an absolute goldmine

OMFG!!!! This is a DEEP cut, but when Dracthyr were first shown in Dragonflight, some of them had these unique shoulders that matched their armor, but were never added to the game. UNTIL NOW!! It seems like they'll be on the Dragonflight Timewalking vendor as well!!

@ArakonePiro I enjoyed my house in XIV until SE destroyed it because I unsubbed for a few months. Now I can't get another one because access is so limited.

They all say WoW housing killed XIV housing but I havent seen XIV housing charge 75$ for some decorations. (:

@Portergauge @RamavataramaArt The creation of Void Elves as a distinct group rejected by Silvermoon really hurt the Sin'dorei identity. The mistakes of Legion/BfA have come home to roost in Midnight.

@RamavataramaArt It was always an explicit point for me that their fall was their 'wake up call' in a sense, the realization that their perfect bubble of all the knowledge and power they'd ever need was fallible. *That* is what gave them the ambition and drive to pursue dark magic at any cost.
