@EM203katie Hey @EM203katie, I think that constructivism is an accurate theory for the influence of social media as it emphasizes the assimilation of preceding information and knowledge in relation to new experiences. I learn something new every time I view my social media platforms.

In the first couple of weeks of my EM203 class, I have learned that the internet provides many resources for society to learn and develop in their own way and in this digital age, many factors contribute to the various complex cognitive processes. #EM203Robin

@EM203KDickey I completely agree with your post @EM203KDickey! Resources available through digital technology have advanced our educational system and provided more effective methods of learning. At the same time, many people tend to misuse this privilege by engaging in unproductive tasks!

So far EM203 has taught me that digital technology can be effective for enhancing your learning due to the amounts of resources available. But with all of the information accessible, learners must be aware that multi-tasking can limit the effectiveness of learning. #EM203Robin

@GrattonMimi Hey @GrattonMimi ! Social media is a great platform to share one's opinions and thoughts. I feel like many people don't realize how big of an asset this is for our generation. I also think that social media is a far more fun and interactive method of learning about our world.

After starting EM203 I have learned many new things about interactions among others. I have also learned a lot about using the media to voice your opinion and how many people use it to share their thoughts and experiences. I am thrilled to learn more about using social media!
