@HSBC_UK Please can someone explain to me why I can’t activate my internet banking for 7 days after changing my mobile phone becausei have to wait for a postal verification code (which is my secure key) yet you can get mortgage paperwork out to me via post in less than 24 hours?

@piersmorgan I would like to know if the same level of consistency for decision making occurs in other programs where suicide has been a direct response i.e. Love Island. One could argue that Jeremy Kyle has saved thousands of lives before this with rehab. Why is this not recognised?

As everyone piles on Jeremy Kyle, I'd like to say he's a great guy, an excellent broadcaster, and hugely popular with the vast majority of people who watched & appeared (voluntarily) on his top-rated show. So much snobbery & hypocrisy being spewed by his critics.

@ITV re the axing of Jeremy Kyle, presumably there is consistency in your decision making process and the same applies to Love Island?
