Why does no one answer the phone at @EveryoneActive harrow lodge? Ridiculous!! I just need to cancel a swimming session - the app won’t let me, tells me to contact the centre and then no one picks up??!!
@UberUKI_Support As I’ve explained previously, I called this no., they were rude and unhelpful. He said that I did not qualify for a refund or a replacement. I even spoke to a manager who referred me to their ‘online policies’ but he himself couldn’t tell me why I wasn’t eligible for a refund.

@McDonaldsUK@UberEats please can someone let me know the policy where I order from the McDonald’s App… then it gets passed to Uber Eats. An item is missing from the order but I’m refused a refund or another burger being sent out to me?
@McdonaldU21080 Thank you so much, I’ve actually received a voucher for a meal from you guys. However, @UberEats I’ve had no help other than to call a number I’ve phoned twice: been spoken too rudely and offered no refund or replacement at all.
@UberUKI_Support Thanks. My bank is currently looking into it now. As I’ve previously said I’ve rung this number, twice, and spoken to a manager here. They were rude and refused the refund or replacement without a reason as to why.
@UberUKI_Support Please note that I did contact this specialised team directly. They are the ones who refused the refund. Refused to deliver the missing item. So in essence I’ve paid for something I did not receive…
