If you follow the Signal website’s guide (as you should), this won’t be a problem. macOS does not remove folders in ~/Library/Application Support/ when an app is deleted. This is on purpose with apple saying "So users can reinstall the app and retain data"

@SafetyNotorious I literally pulled up all someones signal chats on a recycled computer this way just by reinstalling Signal more than once. Never unlinked? Intercept in real time with NO AUTH.

There’s a community misunderstanding here. There’s nothing wrong with pulling your mast, what I always used to call “Mast-Enjoying” was when noobs would pull and rep to their own detriment. Over-focusing on the mast rather than angle, or repairs, will get you sunk. 👀

@MakEhOh SOT is a sandbox game, so you’d think this would be fine. However, it’s not, the fact is that Hourglass isn’t really part of the “sandbox system”, so it’s kind of its own thing. I don’t think a ban is warranted, but I do think you should get a warning for ruining an HG fight.

@NyxieNocturnal This is true for Hunt and Arc Raiders. Its not true for sot, in sot pve on its own is kinda its own game. These other games need pvp but sot does not!

Gentle reminder. In a PvEvP game (Hunt, Sea of Thieves, Arc Raiders, etc) people are not being toxic by killing other players for loot. What is actually toxic is when people yell slurs, spawn camp, and do other things that are against the game TOS. Stop conflating these things.

There are numerous bugs I'd love for #SeaOfThieves to fix, but getting cannon stuck has to be one of the worst. If it happens when you're solo it's an instant sink, and it's detrimental on the other boats💔
