@tyromper I've been a stay at home dad for the past year and while I wouldn't trade this time for anything, bless the moms out there doing it full time!

I find ot hilarious when guys say ALL MY WIFE DOES IS STAY HOME WITH THE KIDS........ My brother in Christ, I promise you that job is 1000000x more important, stressful, challenging, emotionally draining, bigger highs & lows than whatever important title you hold at some office. I've ran staffs & managed corporate offices. I've stayed home with 2 wild toddlers. The latter is INFINITELY harder/more rewarding. If you want to be a great husband JUST TELL HER THANKS FOR OFTEN & HELP OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME. 👍

@tyromper Right, but why aren't they retaining volunteers? Unfortunately, there's so much turnover. My two oldest (teens) love attending small groups, but my 10-year-old would rather be in 'big' church with us. No church is perfect, and I struggle with this, too.

I made a 4 year old (not my own kid) CRY at church last night...... Here's a controversial parenting move I felt I needed to use. I walk in (30 kids & 3 volunteers) & (my son) is crying. I ask what happened & he said this boy ripped up his picture & hit him.
