@bunsenbernerbmd This is Shelly, she was skin and bone and had some injuries and was nursed back to health by the wonderful people at @MyLovelyHorseR she now spends her time sleeping, running in the local field, giving us lots of cuddles and trying to make friends with everyone she meets

Probably the closest tasting to an M&S cookie I have ever come across. Followed thefoodcharlatan.com/the-best-doubl… the only changes I would make in future is a bit less salt and a hotter oven to make them spread out more
