@FlySWISS We checked flights again this morning and @FlySWISS staff had rerouted us on the most inefficient journey, through Athens, when earlier direct flight to Belgrade was available. #swissairdontcare

@FlySWISS If you were really interested in helping, you would have done your job properly today and put us on the flight, which we arrived on time for. Or not taken 1 of our bags of the flight from Dublin.Or just send us the hotel confirmation when you said you booked it but actually didnt

@FlySWISS booked my colleague on a flight leaving 10 mins.But not me.Long story short they have abandoned us in Zurich airport and would not organise a hotel.Competing for @swimireland slowly disappearing.Currently sitting in a fast food restaurant. No hotel.@FlySWISS don't care

@FlySWISS And telling us that we would be reimbursed €250 for a hotel, when the cheapest we could find, which was booked out anyway, was €310. 50km away by taxi

@FlySWISS At least three times you told us today that we were booked on flights that we were not. And that does not include the time you book me on a flight but not my teammate. Or the time my teammate was told he should have been on a flight with 10 min notice

@FlySWISS Or just come to Zurich airport and open your lounge for all the people you left sleeping on the airport floor. #ZurichAirport is starting to look like a disaster zone!

Was travelling to @EuroAquatics Masters championships in Belgrade, to complete for @swimireland. @FlySWISS & @lufthansa cancelled flights but then sent us on a wild goose chase. Lost bag, tickets for flights but the gate would not allow us on.

@stephencredmond It was a theme park vacation. It was so bad, the parks closed all outdoor rides for a couple of hours each day. Hardly good for business.
