Congratulations to Alec Novotney who has been named Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association Class 1A 2024 Player of the Year. Novotney went 10-0 on the mound with 100 K’s and an ERA under 1, while leading off and hitting .371 on the State Championship Team.

@michaelsobrien I’d be all for a separate private and public championship ONLY IF the state of IL will permit property tax / tuition vouchers to those families who send their kids to private school. As it stands now, private school parents continue to fund the public schools. Your welcome.
