@CanadaImmigra20 My experience is far different that this statement. I made a PPCHANGEREMPLOI2020 demande and when I did the process time was supposed to be 2 weeks according to IRCC web page. It's been 10 weeks (without salary) now and I have not received an answer !

.@Rogers Another (very) questionable business practice from Roger. Roger charges me 12$ for the reception of a sms in the USA that they themselves sent. Another nice scam. The customer service calmly tells me that it's normal... Frankly, avoid this company. :(

Very poor #CX w/ .@HSBC_CA I received my MasterCard World Elite credit card for which I subscribed online. Now you want me to come in your branch to activate it. In the middle of a pandemic when it's recommended to avoid public spaces... How #absurd and #dangerous is that?

Vraiment très déçu de @RogersFR, la vendeuse ne mentionne à aucun moment les frais de mise en service. Je découvre un + 48$ sur ma facture et la seule chose que propose votre service client c'est de ma débrouiller avec le vendeur. Honteux. Déplorable comme service.
