So Ford either has no idea what he's talking about or he's lying. Because what he says is patently untrue. And as Richard notes, no overdoses at safe consumption sites have led to a death.

NEW - “It has not not worked. Ever since it’s been up it’s been a failed policy” says Ford when asked about concerns the closure of safe injection sites will only make issues worse. None of the overdoses in these sites, however have resulted in death.
