Once again AA failed us. Tried to get to NYC for daughter’s graduation this weekend but AA cancelled after 3 hours sitting on runway. Thank you Southwest for getting us there! @AmericanAir

Super frustrating because I only booked it because you had cancelled two other of her flights.

@AmericanAir Still dealing with trying to get refunds for nightmare trip. I booked another flight to try and get daughter home but I cancelled the same day. Was only given flight credit not refund? Thought tickets were fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking?

@AmericanAir nightmare trip! 2 cancelled flights. Stranded in CHS due to “congestion”. Had to purchase 3 separate flights on other airlines to get daughter to destination. Been trying to get refund and compensation for 5 days with no response fromAA. So frustrating!!

@AmericanAir What a nightmare! Booked flight months ago from DFW to MIA. Got a text at midnight that flight was cancelled and rebooked almost 2 days later. Ultimately rebooked through CHS today. Got to CHS and flight to MIA cancelled AGAIN. Flew back to DFW on another airline.

@AmericanAir So frustrating!! American cancelled my daughters flight at 9:00 pm before a 7:00 am flight. No explanation. Waited 5 hours for a call back. Finally got call back at 2:00 am. I answered and was put on hold for another hour. Just unacceptable.
