@PostOffice Not happy, I visited Overpool post office on New Years Eve. Says on your website open until 5.30pm. Arrived at about 12.24pm only to be told by the staff as they were leaving. They were closing early because it's New Years Eve. Nothing about this on your website.

@PostOffice your Hayes Middlesex branch has opening hours on your website listed as closing at 17:30 today. My elderly mother just wasted her time travelling there in 4c only to be told they closed at 4pm. Is this is also down to your #Horizon IT systems or just poor management?

@AdmiralUK where can I find the terms for your home contents insurance with regards to specific items and the need to have a cash rated safe? The policy booklets and documents on your website do not reference what is needed for home safes.

@cinemasocietycb purchased codes for @vuecinemas in Staines and unable to book online. Being told by the cinema I have to book in person. Tried to do that yesterday and then told that I can only book on the day of the showing. This is ridiculous. Can you help?
