SHOULD TRUMP BE HELD IN CONTEMPT?
He is refusing to follow a decision of a 9-0 SCOTUS ruling. SCOTUS can hold someone in contempt. It was last used in 1906 in United States v. Shipp, where six individuals were held in contempt.
