It's #MuseumRumble time! Our #OldestArtifacts are from our archaeological collection. Unearthed from local archeological sites, the collection includes projectile points, effigy pipes, pottery, beads and stone tools. We are I the process of digitizing this large collection

The ss Keewatin has set sail for her next adventure. Feeling some trepidation about this next leg of her journey, but also excitement for @MMGLK venture toward raising greater awareness of our maritime past. She will be refit at Heddle/St. Catharines, before sailing to Kingston.

The St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre will be closed all day on January 25th due to a scheduled power outage being planned by the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corp.  The Museum will reopen as usual on January 26th.
