@kaylenejane Exactly. It’s insane to me if THAT’S what is holding this jury up on a damn murder charge where the prosecution didn’t even call the lead investigator to testify. Not guilty on all counts. Do better. Don’t reward the state with a DUI conviction after this travesty of a trial.

Not trying to justify drinking and driving but this woman’s life has been hell for 3 years, nor has she been able to drive. I’d call it even on a DUI punishment. (One that wouldn’t even hold up in a court for some random citizen outside of this case btw)
