We are excited to welcome @huvoliveira to the crew as Partnerships Lead. ScopeLift has long been lucky to work with incredible teams. Hugo's job will be to make sure that continues and expands, even while the rest of us have our heads in our code editors 😉 Welcome @huvoliveira!

Taking a break from my self imposed social media fast to share this: @ScopeLift has no association with the "Umbra Privacy" Solana airdrop, & no knowledge of its legitimacy (or lack their of). The naming collision is at best very unfortunate, & at worst intentionally misleading.
Umbra@UmbraCash

This project has no association with @UmbraCash, and we were unaware of it until seeing it on X. We cannot speak regarding its legitimacy. It is unknown to us if the naming collision was intentional and meant to mislead. We advise EXTREME CAUTION and skepticism as a result.

@intermarch3 5/ The Big Picture This aligns incentives across the stack: 💻 Developers get paid fairly and instantly 🔧 Maintainers earn rewards for reviews 💸 Funders see direct, usable results Open-source becomes a globally accessible income stream – powered by proofs.

1/ Meet vGrant: Automating open-source funding with "Fund-on-Merge" bounties 🛠️💰 Built with vlayer Web Proofs, it pays developers instantly when their pull requests are merged – no middlemen, no delays. Here’s how it works 🧵👇

@krishnanrohit Yes that is definitely a direction to explore. I would be keen to see if there are other coordination failures. Imagine if one agent is exploring a dead end in foo dot py then the other agent will be working around unnecessary code and could potentially be lead astray

@keatingDev what's needed is when each parallel branch tries to change foo dot py but knows another branch is also changing so pulls from that at the time of code writing so they don't step on each others toes.

Tried the codex on chatgpt again after a while. Kicked off 5 tasks. Last 3 conflict with first 2 because they edited the same files. Now I'm stuck manually git untangling the changes. I don't get how any of you use these in parallel!

@krishnanrohit Also, since worktrees allow for each branch to be checked out within a shared directory. I can imagine an autonomous flow where the agent handles the merging since it has the context of the changes.

@krishnanrohit Ultimately, the changes still need to be merged together. I haven't tried a full autonomous flow, but it does lower the headache of merging together multiple agent changes to the same file.

.@ScopeLift is looking for someone to help with our efforts in biz dev, sales and marketing. We're a team of top tier engineers. We've built contracts that custody or control billions of dollars. We've got engineering down to a science, and we write code for some of the biggest projects in the industry. But we want to do more. We don't exactly know what we need, which is exactly why we need the help. So I'm open to hearing all kinds of proposals. From seasoned sales professionals, to someone young in their career who wants to scrap and hustle, anyone is invited to reach out. I want to hear from you. I can tell you what we're *not* looking for: the used care salesman vibe. We're really good at what we do. We don't need high pressure tactics and deceptive sales tricks. Our customers love our work. We just need help finding more customers. We're a technical team, so we'd prefer to work with someone who can speak competently on the technical side. You don't have to be an engineer yourself, but some measure of savviness is strongly preferred. I can't promise a big base salary and cushy benefits. I can promise that if you help ScopeLift succeed, you'll succeed too. If you create value, you'll capture a big share of that value. We're looking for a win-win. You'll have wide latitude to work as you please and have ownership over our BD efforts. We're flexible and open to all kinds of approaches. We're a small, fast, execution oriented team. You'll work directly with me. If this sounds remotely appealing to you, hit me up.

When you've lost @GeorgeSelgin, whose work helped inspire Satoshi's paper, and @nic_carter on strategic crypto reserve (SCR), you probably lost the script on this idea. Here George explains that like the Ft Knox gold, the SCR will serve no use and be costly. (1/5) @elonmusk

Very excited and humbled that @ScopeLift is a part of this effort to accelerate innovation and standardization of the DAO governance stack. My prediction is that, with a changing regulatory landscape, we'll see DAOs make a ton of progress in the next few years. Onward!
