plugged it into VS Code, connected it to OpenClaw, 53 tok/s on an M1 Max with 262K context

I think the part people miss is that this is a management and training problem, not a tip for good service problem. Tips encourage better service, but shouldn’t be the driving factor. If you’ve ever worked at a restaurant you’d find yourself working many days doing cleaning and prep work, not even serving.. your already frustrated because even if you do an excellent job that week your tips won’t add up to enough to pay your bills, and then to top that off some jackass comes in and be littles you and makes a mess for no reason (more often than not).
The restaurant should simply pay a fair wage, if your restaurant is so hard strapped that you can’t afford to pay your employees you probably have a shit restaurant in the first place.

I’ve worked at restaurants that paid a fair wage for the servers.. the food wasn’t more expensive, and the servers were less stressed and provided great service (if you didn’t you’d get fired).
Restaurants should pay their servers a fair wage, and just demand excellent, and if you eat out because you want to be “served” good food and it was served to you well you should tip your server.
It’s not that hard to get imo.
