如何在 Web3 赚到第一个 A7(100万) 这是我花了很多年 很多钱 很多学费换来的认知。 我写这篇小作文写和改花了 2个多小时, 我觉得非常值得 因为这些东西,真的不是书上学来的, 而是一次次真金白银砸出来的经验。 我个人的结论很简单 只要把下面这三件事真正做好,一年抓住几个机会,跨过第一个小阶级并不难。 第一件事:选标(最重要,没有之一) 我以前发过很多关于选标的内容, 到现在依然认为 标的选错,后面全是白忙。 我自己看标,主要看这 5 点 1.看社区 社区有没有人说话 是不是活人 有没有参与感 建设感 氛围是不是正向的。 社区决定一个项目能不能活下来。 2.看交易量 量是最诚实的。 量起来了,说明热钱已经注意到它了。 3.看热度 推特 TG Space wx 有没有讨论到 热度往往比价格先到 4.看市值 低市值看潜力 (适合以小搏大) 高市值是看空间的 (适合大资金) 你想以小博大,就别天天盯着几千万上亿的,最好来到链上找标。 5.看叙事 叙事就是催化剂。 顺着趋势的叙事,市场才愿意给溢价 当然我要说一句实话 这些条件都符合,也不是 100% 赚钱。 但它能把你的成功率,从 5% 提高到 50% 以上。 👉 记得标的,是一切的起点,标的选好了最多是赚多赚少的问题,不会亏钱,下面两点是决定我们单币a7的关键。 第二件事:仓位(很多人卡死在这里) 这是绝大多数人赚不到大钱的核心原因。 一个币你觉得各方面都很牛逼, 结果你只买了 50 刀 100 刀, 那它再牛逼,涨100x 你也赚不到多少钱 跟你也没什么关系。 你见过多少人 100 刀赚 1000 万 凤毛麟角,屈指可数。 但你会发现 用几万赚几百万的人,其实多得多。 为什么呢 因为他们 敢下仓位。 真正能单币 A8 的人, 一定具备两个品质:果断 和 重仓 我自己是这样做的 真正看好的标,会给到 0.5%-1% 的仓位(具体看个人情况)。 你不上仓位, 后面就算吃到 50 倍, 也只是看别人表演。 仓位,决定你赚的是不是改变人生的钱 这就是为什么有的人吃几倍比你吃几十倍赚的钱还多的根本原因。 第三件事:钻石手(但不是死拿) 对于真正 上了仓位 的人来说, 第一次其实是很痛苦的 因为仓位一大,每天的波动就会变得非常真实 涨了你兴奋, 跌了你难受, 只要一直盯着 K 线, 人是很容易在情绪里把币卖掉的。 但你回头看就会发现, 真正让人翻身 赚大钱的,往往就那么一两个币。 不是天天换 天天p 而是在对的标的上, 拿住了一段时间。 当然,也有人靠日积月累慢慢滚起来, 但那是另一种打法。 这里说的 钻石手, 不是让你无脑死拿 归零也不卖。 而是:千万别做那种 P 小将 涨个几十个点就卖, 一天 24 小时盯盘, 被市场牵着鼻子走, 这种操作方式, 注定赚不到大钱, 也不适合我们这套打法。 我们说的钻石手是 精挑细选好项目, 确认逻辑 社区 叙事都对, 然后 上好仓位。 既然上了仓位, 就不可能为了那点蝇头小利来回折腾。 心里一定要有目标 大概什么位置走, 什么情况下减仓, 什么情况下彻底离场。 而不是涨一点就怕回调, 跌一点就怀疑人生。 一个很重要的方法 建设 CTO 我为什么喜欢做建设 因为你一旦参与建设 投入了本金 投入了时间 投入了精力 理解了社区文化 你自然会比别人拿得久 但我也必须提醒一句 我们来币圈,是为了赚钱。 不要被社区道德绑架, 不要忘了卖。 交易本来就是反人性的。 理想和理性要同时存在。 该卖就 大胆sell 这一点非常难, 但这是想成功必须学会的一课 总结一句话 这三点里, 只要你真正悟透,我感觉一年下来赚个几十倍并不难 能看到这里的人, 我相信赚钱欲望都很强。 也谢谢你愿意耐心看完。 希望这篇能对你有一点点帮助。 祝大家在 2026 年 没 A7 的,赚到第一个 A7 有 A7 的,冲向第一个 A8 我们路还很长,但方向对了,迟早会到。web3的兄弟姐妹们一起加油👊

I think most people still describe Web4 too vaguely. To me, Web4 is not just “AI + blockchain.” It only starts to matter when systems can actually: • hold identity • hold assets • make payments • manage risk • execute rules • move across chains That changes the conversation. Because then AI is no longer just a tool for content or analysis. It starts becoming an execution layer. Not “AI will magically make everyone profit.” That part is overhyped. What actually matters is whether AI can improve: • discipline • monitoring • capital coordination • risk control • execution across wallets, pools, and chains So maybe Web4 is not about smarter interfaces. Maybe it is about turning digital systems into real on-chain economic actors. If that is true, then the real bottleneck is not the narrative. It is infrastructure: • wallets • stablecoin rails • bridges • liquidity infrastructure • launch infrastructure • AI-assisted execution That is where things get interesting. we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company. #### today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone. first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay. we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly. i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures. a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers. we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold. to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward. to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow. jack
