@ShifuMusaWP @hiayoola @honour_can_code my brother, data model is different from mysql(db) 🤲🏽, I have no problem with WordPress I am just stating limitations on how much it can scale, which for it use case(website landing page and website) wont be a problem cause I dont think those site can have more than 20k users

@kunzoick @hiayoola @honour_can_code Which data models? The last time I checked, WordPress use MySQL; one of the most powerful and reliable database management systems (DBMS) in the world. Used by Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Netflix, Uber, Booking.com, Shopify, Airbnb, including YouTube

@hiayoola @honour_can_code mySql is different from data models, data model is the structure of how data is organised, WordPress uses a generic schema which makes mysql not able to optimize queries well, unlike other languages which have structured queries, this affect scaling

Like I said, you scale WP just like any web apps. WordPress in fact was built to handle serious traffic.
For 100k concurrent users?
You should look at 👇🏿
• Cloudflare doing the heavy lifting for you (cache as much as possible)
• Redis/object caching
• Serve images from CDN
• Database optimization
• Core web vitals (maybe)

De Bruyne got shown up for his lack of poise in the tight space play in CL but in the technically mediocre PL, his power and passing was unmatched. Bruno is a championship player in comparison. Bruno hasn't got the carrying, speed and sheer power to brutalise through a team.
