@Jaiydanimate it’s not even about not having enough exposition or epilogue. They were in the middle of an insane battle where everything was going to shit and they pulled a deus ex machina and just erased the entire universe starting from square 1 where everything was magically just perfect

I thought the Chainsawman ending was really nice and then I forget a lot of people can't enjoy an ending to something if it doesn't have 10 extra chapters of exposition, prologues, overexplanation, post-credits biographies and an explosive final battle where everyone is there.

@bumblemio it literally makes the entire story pointless. our denji we followed throughout the series is literally erased and gone. 99% universe reset endings are bad because it is pretty much just killing off the entire cast and swapping to a universe where everything is fine and dandy
