@LandmarkCinemas Went to this theatre again last night because all the movies we want to see are playing her and not cineplex. This was the chair next to us. The armrests have no padding and the chairs are uncomfortable
@LandmarkCinemas it’s time for a refurbishment at your Nanaimo cinema. The state of the washrooms, the seats and the armrests are unacceptable. I wish we could see all the movies at the Galaxy @CineplexMovies theatre.

@LandmarkCinemas so frustrated with the Surrey location. Purchased tickets this afternoon. My wife and 3daughters went to the theatre, were told to leave because people were pulling fire alarms. Given vouchers to rebook, but the on-line system won’t accept them. Help please.

Had my movie interrupted 2 times. Movie stopped working, lights came on no worker provided any explanation.

@LandmarkCinemas phoned and asked a manager an important question regarding my mobility and theater 3 hours ago! Movie at 615pm canceled it due to no answer Country Hills Calgary !
I am so disappointed to pull up the movie listings for next week and see absolutely no showtimes for @A24#PASTLIVES at @LandmarkCinemas
I was really hoping the wider release on the 23rd would include showtimes in my area.

@LandmarkCinemas please tell your theatres to turn up or tune the volume for #AcrossTheSpiderVerse . I saw it yesterday in New Westminster at 6:45PM with my family & struggled with hearing the dialogue for the first third of the film. And I am not alone.

@LandmarkCinemas Do you guys have a lactose free butter option for popcorn in your theatres? Upwards of 80% of African Americans and native Americans are lactose intolerant and this makes the delicious movie popcorn a bittersweet experience for us.
