@NemaKenya today held a consultative meeting in Mombasa at the County Commissioner's Office, in readiness of a Public Baraza that will be held tomorrow, 3rd April, 2025 at Owino Uhuru Settlement. The meeting brought stakeholders up to speed on the outcome of the Court ruling and presented NEMA’s proposed Remediation strategy of the cleanup of Owino Uhuru settlement. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy County Commissioner, Madam Dolphine Okondo. Who reminded stakeholders that the consultative meeting was in compliance with the Supreme Court order ruling.
