@durov @yosephayele My account has encountered the same problem. I have tried to appeal through various channels but received no results. I don’t know who I should contact, so I can only leave you this message. After I purchased a one-year subscription, my account was inexplicably frozen.

I’m off Telegram. Moving all communications to email and Signal (@signalapp). After 8 years of using @telegram, tens of thousands of chats and hundreds of dollars of Premium subscription fees, TG decided to freeze my account, completely out of the blue. Dozens of attempts to reach support team but no luck. Can’t even get permission to download my data lol. No evidence of a hack. No explanation. Losing access to my TG has felt more consequential than losing access to my email, especially when most crypto comms happens there. TG has become too unreliable and too high risk to use it for work, or any comms I value. If you reach the team at @lavavc_ or magma on Telegram, we can’t see or read your messages. Just email us 🙏🏽
