Very disappointed with the recovery practices of InCred. Recovery agents are continuously threatening for home visits and creating unnecessary mental pressure despite informing about financial difficulties. Such harassment and intimidation @InCredFin @RBI

Despite multiple requests, these calls have not stopped. If this continues, I will be forced to escalate the matter to RBI, Banking Ombudsman, and file a police complaint for harassment and breach of guidelines.

@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank This is NOT recovery, this is CRIMINAL HARASSMENT! Your agent (89701 81164) called me 7 times in 5 mins on WhatsApp. Total violation of RBI/2022-23/108 guidelines & IPC Sec 506. I am unable to work due to this stalking. Fix this! @RBI
