Similar stories for Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and others. The backgrounds might be different, but the garage-level entrepreneurship is the same. And I don’t think you can make the argument that they stole from others to earn their wealth.

This was quite the scam. There was no actual winery. It subcontracted producers of wine to bottle for them. The company had unnamed "investors." Clearly this was an elaborate scheme for Omar and her husband to monetize her political office under the cover of a "business."
