I built a Python pipeline that generates 100 unique short-form videos per day. Total cost: $0.47/day. No more spending 4 hours editing the same clip 15 different ways. No more manually posting to 3 platforms at 3 different times. No more paying a VA $500/mo to do what a cron job does. Here's the pipeline: Google Drive sync → ffmpeg normalize (1080x1920) → Whisper transcription → Claude Haiku captions → Cloudflare R2 upload → Metricool scheduling → Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts The math: 5 hooks x 5 bodies x 5 CTAs = 125 unique reels. 15 raw clips in. 125 unique reels out. It stitches your clips into every possible combination, generates captions with AI, uploads to cloud storage, and auto-schedules to all 3 platforms. 36 tests. Python 3.14. Runs on a $5 VPS or your laptop. Follow + reply "REELS" and I'll DM you the full setup guide (architecture, config templates, cron setup, cost breakdown).

If you’re new here, call me Willy Wonka. At 19, I started Tabs, the aphrodisiac chocolate brand that took over TikTok. $0 → $11M/year in 3 years. Year one, I spent every waking hour brute-forcing more views. It worked… kinda. But the real unlock didn’t come from more impressions… It came from building a backend money-printing machine. A close friend just put together a 20-page roadmap on how to 4x the value of every site visitor with simple optimizations. It’s loaded with stupid sauce. Reply PROFIT and I’ll dm u

If your Meta Dataset has been categorized and tagged as "Health & Wellness", and you've seen a negative impact on your Ad Account, you're not alone. We've had a lot of questions on calls the last couple of weeks, so maybe a good time for an update. Here's everything we know as of now: 1). There are two sub-categories: "condition", and "other". With "condition," you usually lose optimization ability for events down funnel from ViewContent. For "other", it places you in Core Setup. Which in itself, shouldn't have an impact on Ad Account Performance. 2). IMO Core Setup is unfairly vilified. It was around before H&W, and just closes data loopholes around sending custom event and URL parameters. I don't think this is what's causing issues. 3). The BIG TAKEAWAY from looking at over 100 Ad Accounts where the H&W categorization has been applied to the Dataset - is that there is a negative impact on Ad Account results once it's been applied. The severity of the impact varies by account, but it shows up in reduced CVR, increased CPMs and CAC, and sometimes even throttled spend. Consistently, to the point that there is no question about the causality. Unfortunately, Meta hasn't produced any documentation or communications on why that would be the case, but results talk. So if you've been categorized, and are struggling with Ad results and can't figure out why, H&W is a very likely culprit. I'm less bullish on possible solutions like Custom Events - which were really popular after the first H&W tag roll-out in January - because they still operate in the same Dataset and under the same "dark cloud" of the H&W tag. The good news is that there are options and solutions for it that do work. If you or someone you know has been hit by it, would love to chat and see if we can help.

If I had 1,000 lives to live, I would spend one fully in Kunming, One of the jewels of China’s Southwest. Yunnan is a special province even by Chinese standards, the very crossroads between East Asia and Southeast Asia. It’s a province that even regionally internally is multiple worlds in one. Amazing food, especially in its Mushroom hotpot which its locals will claim is the best in all of China, Yunnan people treat mushrooms with the reverence that French people treat wines. A very relaxed, mountainous, and calm city, China’s city of eternal spring. I would most likely also just be a degenerate and fair businessman if I lived there, I’m a fairly boring person who doesn’t shift much based on location.

If I had 1,000 lives to live, I would spend one in Almaty, One of the many hidden gems of Central Asia. Insane mountains just right near even the city limits. Tons of cultures beyond just Kazakh within the city limits, like Korean, Uygher, Russians, even Chinese. An insane food culture and a lot of cafes. I would just be a humble but slightly life loving degenerate businessmen if I lived here, so not really different from my existing path, just a Central Asian twist.

Meta's top-spending brand invested £1.2M last year testing new creatives. That’s around £100k a month, just on testing. Sounds insane, but here’s the reality: That’s what it takes to win on Meta in 2025. So we’ve built a Meta creative playbook from our learnings and you can download it for free. Meta’s Andromeda now only cares about how much quality creative you can give it and how fast. → It can test 5,000 ads a week → It learns in real time → It rewards creative variation and iteration If you're still running 3–5 ads a month and hoping for scale... you're feeding a machine that runs on volume with crumbs. Introducing "The 2025 Creative Testing Playbook". What’s inside: - Testing architectures for Persona, Concept, and Sprint isolation (£15k–£100k+ budgets) - Modular frameworks to script, shoot, and remix hooks, bodies & CTAs at scale - 30-day optimisation cadence with KPI guardrails and budget distribution cheatsheets - Plug-and-play checklists for reviews, setup, and analysis - The 7 mistakes that silently kill ad accounts (and how to fix each one) It’s the exact process we use with brands spending 7 and 8 figures a year. Want it? Retweet this post Comment “PLAYBOOK” below and I’ll send it your way. (Make sure you’re following so I can DM you.)

Brand new store using ONLY native image ads 😮‍💨 Been running for 2 weeks but only really started to take off this week after hitting a winning creative This all came from testing: - New concepts - Different Avatars - New desires - Different stories / angles I’m no more special than you. Just someone who doesn’t give up on a product after 3 days of testing 🤷‍♂️ I also got $5k MRR in total now on this brand so that’s epic.. Q4 gonna be insane with 2 brands building up

Built our advertorial in Webflow with scroll-triggered content reveals. Paragraph fades in only when you scroll to it. Testimonials appear as you reach them. Time on page went from 47 seconds to 2:14 minutes. Conversion up 41%. The psychology: Progressive disclosure creates curiosity. Static walls of text get skimmed. Each scroll reveals something new, keeping them engaged through the full narrative. Most advertorials are static. Webflow lets you architect the reading experience. Engagement isn't just about content quality. It's about content delivery.

I’ve scaled over 10 pet brands and generated $20M for them. All thanks to understanding applying the same playbook. So I've just put together a 22-page mini-guide breaking down how you can do the same. (These are the strategies my team & I are currently using) I break down: ✔ Winning Examples ✔ The PetLabCo script formula ✔ A roadmap you can follow to scale Here's how to get it: Like + comment "PET" and I'll send it over. Just started testing a new brand. Supplements. We are COOKIN already. Once I get around 30-50 sales + more consistency shown, we'll start ordering inventory. Refunding all these customers, but really good to see we can buy at a $100 CPA and still be around 1.2-1.4x ROAS. This is gonna be epic.

this native ad did $127k in 3 weeks for a supplement brand. i've broken down the EXACT framework we used to create it: - the headline formula - visual psychology behind the gut-brain graphic - why native ads in this format are printing right now like + comment "NATIVE" to receive it (must be following so i can DM)

you're spending thousands on video editors and designers trying to make a beautiful ad. meanwhile, 'Arctic Goddess' is printing with ridiculously simple statics that look like they were made in 2008. why does it work? because they don't look like ads. they look like native content. they bypass your brain's 'ad filter' and hit the raw pain point. stop being a designer. start being a direct marketer.

Norse Organic PSYOPPED $75M in one year! 😱 Their funnel goes deeper than just a listicle... It's a masterclass on social engineering. It brought down their CPA & allowed them to launch 1200+ ads I broke down how they did it 🤑 Like & comment 'SOCIAL' to get the PDF
