@UlsterBank_Help hello, I’m chasing a refund on a mortgage overpayment since November 2022, yes 2022. I’ve called numerous times to be told it’s being chased/escalated etc and still absolutely nothing.

@UlsterBank_Help @UlsterBank_Help Sure but we’re 30 days in. And it’s not complex. It’s a mortgage refund that UB asked me to send confirmation of where to pay and it was sent and received in December 2022. Chasing almost weekly but nothing. Where is my refund????

@UlsterBank_Help I raised a complaint 2 weeks ago and again heard nothing when you legally have to reply in 5 days. What is going on? Is anyone working there anymore?!

@RoyalMail Hello! I'm trying to track down a parcel that was sent on 16th May? Tracking no. XC106479463GB. It just says its being progressed through our network for delivery.
