This happened today. Iteration request from client on an existing design → we explored a new interaction in a few prompts → got team + client aligned → started refining. All in a couple of hours. The pace has changed.

The design team @pixelmatters_ has been using @shadcndesign’s Figma kit, evolving it to shape our internal Design System foundation. Not just adding behavior notes, but defining best practices to shape a system that fits our needs.

For the 1st time in the last ~10y there's lots tech of talent available for hire This leads potential clients, during negotiation, to directly compare the costs of hiring a studio like @pixelmatters_ 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐬 an internal hire. It's an unfair & non-sense comparison. 🤷‍♂️
