@KobaltTools @Lowes Your trimmer heads disintegrate and fall apart after a year. I’ve reached out to Lowe’s and you and no one can seem to help. And you don’t make a replacement head according to those I spoke to in the store and on the phone. So am I stuck buying another one?

@KobaltTools @Lowes due to the no hassle warranty of kobalt tools at a local store. I got denied a warranty exchange on a eligible tool. Should I switch brands or is there something else to do.
