@jeytonswift I agree, if I knew it was autopen I would’ve bought an unsigned version at Walmart or Amazon and saved on the shipping. I ended up taking the free replacement cd so that it’s basically a bogo free deal and I can give my sister a copy

@lunchboxdays13 they ignored that part about mine too. I’ve seen a few people on here who were able to get a refund and keep the “signed” cd which is what I want to do (even though it’s not really signed I still want to frame it, I just wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it was autopen)

how did some of y’all get a refund for your hilary autograph and still get to keep it? they want me to return mine for a refund but I wanna keep it because of the cd

Hot take? I would rather an artist forgo selling “signed cds” instead of their label pretending they signed them 🤷🏼‍♀️ (This isn’t a dig at Hilary, but more so her team/label choosing to use autopen)

@cablecarmagic im a huge hilary fan, ive bought tix to 3 shows for the tour. but i purchased 2 cds from the very first initial drop, and theyve both come in and proven to be autopen. it's not a smear campaign if its true. and im not gonna not be a fan or sell my tickets, but its disappointing

@popgirlies_ good to know!! both of my cds came in with the cases completely cracked (they were literally mailed in a polymailer) and of course they're autopen. So i emailed customer service this morning about it

update: i got a refund & i really hope everyone else does, yes signed was the same price but it doesn’t mean autopen is ok !

This album feels like a great representation of the past 10, almost 20 years. It’s a journey in being okay with yourself, your story, and the winding road that got you there. Literally floating right now thinking about this finally making its way to you. This whole album and all of the tracks would never have come to life without Matt, his and I’s shared vision, and his truly poetic gift of song writing. So lucky you’re my roommate ;) Brian Phillips, you’re a real one. And the hours spent tinkering away at every tiny detail truly helped make this album the special project that it is. Dream team. There are so many other people involved and I am forever indebted to your efforts. This week has been something hard to put into words. The buzz and excitement around the world tour, watching the tickets just disappear, adding shows, and seeing you all make this album yours is so special. I’m processing all of your love right now. There are songs about love, heartbreak, life life-ing, insecurities, and growing up … I hope you find pieces of yourself in this record. I’ll see you out there! ✨🪩🍒

Welp probably won't be seeing @HilaryDuff got in and there was literally nothing for Cincy......such an bust man....why in the hell is she even doing pavilions....probably not even going to try for general sale..it's a waste of time at this point.

@motherhahnnah im seeing her in an amphitheater and we got tickets in the back section for $100. but i looked today & tickets in the same row/section were $180. pricing BEFORE official platinum and dynamic pricing kicked in were extremely reasonable in comparison to recent tours.

we got section 100's for $175. This has been the best deal I got in the last 2 years and this includes smaller artists
